The litigation practice of this well known offshore firm specializes in complex and high profile international commercial disputes, covering international arbitration and ADR, contentious banking and financial services disputes, asset tracing, distressed funds disputes, insolvency and restructuring as well as some trust litigation. Due to the continued growth of the department and in particular, the increase in insolvency related matters, the firm is now looking to add an experienced senior insolvency litigator, or a senior commercial litigator who has had significant insolvency experience.
