Description
Our client is seeking an experienced corporate associate to join their busy corporate practice on Grand Cayman. All commonwealth qualified associates from recognized firms are encouraged to apply. Offshore experience would be of benefit but is not necessarily required. The work will be first rate, primarily advising on M&A/JV transactions, private equity, investment funds, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, listings, as well as more general commercial issues. The salary package/benefits will be highly attractive and income tax as always will be 0!!
