Our client is now looking to hire another ambitious associate for its fast growing Private Client/Trust Team in Guernsey. The successful candidate will give full service trust law advice to the firm’s impressive local and international client base. Areas of expertise include, commercial trust work across a variety of investment products, occupational and personal pension schemes, regulatory issues, IP registration and structuring, contentious trust matters, wills and estate planning and administration etc.
