Description
Our client is seeking an experienced corporate paralegal with at least three years of recent law firm experience. The role will be a traditional paralegal position, primarily assisting partners and associates with the preparation and drafting of all documentation as well as conducting wide ranging due diligence and legal research.
Candidates should have a law degree or paralegal qualification. Candidates with secretarial, then paralegal backgrounds are equally encouraged to apply.
