Description
One of Offshore Legal’s major clients is now urgently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious associate for its’ Jersey office. The Corp/Fin group specializes in all manner of corporate/commercial and banking/finance transactions as well as handling a full range of investment vehicle and private equity work. Offshore Legal has been asked to source candidates with 3-6 years post qualified experience from leading firms in London or Dublin and given instruction that specialist corporate and finance lawyers or those with experience across both practice areas will be considered equally. The firm pays city rates and offers full health cover and a generous relocation allowance. 25 days holiday is the island standard and income tax is a flat 20%.
