Offshore Legal currently has 5 live instructions for corporate associates to join leading offshore firms in Cayman and the BVI. All roles will offer a very similar salary/benefits package and the work will be of the highest quality, including; mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, corporate finance, general commercial issues and a full range of investment fund based work. Candidates should have experience driving a wide range of corporate transactions at major UK/US firms in London.
