The market leading corporate team of this magic circle offshore firm specializes in cross border transactions, including, M&A, JV, corporate reorganizations and restructuring, private equity, schemes of arrangement, takeovers as well as a wide range of investment fund work. Interviews started this week with a view to the successful candidate starting work by April 2017 at the latest.
Candidates MUST be UK admitted, possess strong academics and have relevant experience working in leading corporate practices in London, whether that be at major UK or US firm(s). A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax paid by the employee in the BVI is just 8% and the cost of living is well below the other major financial centers in the region.
