Description
The market leading corporate team of this magic circle offshore firm specializes in a wide range of transactions, including, M&A, JV, corporate reorganizations and restructuring, private equity, schemes of arrangement, takeovers as well as a wide range of investment fund work. They are now looking to add an additional associate in January 2015.
Candidates MUST be UK admitted, possess strong academics and have relevant experience working in top tier corporate practices in London, whether that be at major UK or US firm(s). A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax in the BVI is just 8% and the cost of living is well below the other major financial centers in the region.
