Description
This firm’s corporate and commercial team specialises in equity related issues and frequently advises on complex cross border transactions with a Cayman element. They regularly advise on M&A, JV’s, private equity transactions, investment funds, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, IPO’s as well as more general commercial issues.
The firm are a major player in the offshore market and offer exceptionally attractive packages. If you fit the bill and fancy a change of pace and weather whilst maintaining a super high quality of work then this could be the role for you.
