Description
The four-partner litigation practice of this major offshore firm in Cayman specializes in complex and high profile international commercial disputes. Due to the continued growth of the department, the team is now looking to add an ambitious associate from a leading city firm. Currently there is a lot of work handling issues arising out of distressed alternative investment structures and their liquidation, involving a wide variety of contentious matters requiring strong technical legal knowledge, procedural experience and good research, drafting and advocacy. Computer literacy including time recording and billing are also essential. On offer will be an attractive tax-free salary, generous salary package, as well as a hefty relocation and benefits package.
