Description
The BVI office of this leading offshore firm is now looking to recruit two associates into its corporate group. The successful candidates will enjoy a wide variety of top quality general corporate transactions with a truly global client base. The team acts on all forms of domestic and cross-border corporate vehicles, investment trusts and partnerships, M&A, public offerings, re-organisations, joint ventures and disposals. The BVI is experiencing an increased flow of Eastern European work, so one of the roles has been specifically opened for someone who has done a significant amount of work with that region.
Both candidates must be UK qualified and have between 2 and 6 years post qualified experience from a top tier UK/US firm(s) in London. On offer will be an extremely attractive offshore salary and the bonuses paid tend to be the highest in the region. Income tax paid by the employee in the BVI is just 8% and the cost of living is significantly lower than Cayman/Bermuda. Ever wanted to live in a villa on a pristine beach?
