Description
The litigation practice of this leading offshore firm in Hong Kong specializes in complex commercial disputes, covering international insolvency and restructuring, arbitration and ADR, contentious banking and financial services disputes, fraud and asset tracing as well as some distressed funds disputes.
The firm is looking to recruit at the senior associate or counsel level, who is able to build strong relationships and work within a fast-paced and challenging arena.
