Description

Offshore Legal has been instructed by a major client in Cayman to source an ambitious Trust Officer who can come in and hit the ground running first day back in January 2018 (if not before).

The successful candidate will provide trust administration services to a wide range of local and international companies and trusts. Responsibilities will include;

  • Ensuring that annual company, business filing and license fees payable in accordance with relevant legislation are collected and remitted accordingly.
  • Completing all internal compliance documentation and maintaining accurate and detailed trust and company records.
  • Liaising with interacting intermediaries such as corporate administrators, bankers, protectors, investment advisors, settlors and beneficiaries.
  • Organising and attending Board and Shareholder meetings for companies, and trustee meetings to assist with drafting minutes and resolutions as required.

Candidates will ideally have full or part STEP qualification and 2+ years experience working in a Trust administration focused role(s). Candidates with an ICSA qualification and 3+ years of Trust experience are also encouraged to apply.
