Description
Offshore Legal has been instructed by a major client to source a top tier city associate (UK/US firm) for their Finance team in Grand Cayman. The practice group operates as a close-knit team and you will enjoy access to unrivalled global resources and the support of partners who want you to excel professionally.
The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge in one or more of the following areas: subscription credit facilities, secured lending transactions, fund margin lending, liquidity line facilities, management fee credit lines, mezzanine financing, NAV facilities, private placements, repo transactions, total return swaps and other derivative arrangements and variable funding note arrangements.
Applicants will have a strong academic background, at least 5 years’ relevant post qualification experience gained at a leading onshore and/or offshore law firm.
The firm is known to pay the highest salaries in the offshore market in addition to generous relocation, health and pension benefits. Start date is somewhat flexible although the firm requires someone on deck by end of Q2 2021 at the latest.
