Our client is now seeking to recruit an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer. This is a newly created position and will suit an ambitious team player with a generalist corporate background. The successful candidate will enjoy a broad mix of international and local transactional work, including M&A/JV’s, shareholders agreements, corporate structuring and insolvency, private equity, IPO’s etc. Some previous exposure to real estate transactions would be beneficial, however, this is certainly not imperative.
