A fantastic opportunity exists for an ambitious associate to join the Corporate/Commercial team of this market leading firm in Bermuda. The role offers significant exposure to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, incorporations, capital raisings and debt offerings, IPO’s, corporate restructurings, share buy-backs and redemptions, amalgamations and capital reductions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive transactional experience at top tier city/offshore firms. The firm are known for their generous salary packages and there will also potential opportunity to get involved in marketing initiatives and trips to the US, UK and Far East. Bermudians are naturally strongly encouraged to apply.
