Description
Offshore Legal has just been instructed to source an ambitious commercial litigator for this leading form in the BVI. The team predominantly handles high profile cross border cases, which are mostly disputes relating to offshore structures, shareholders disputes, corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency, trusts, funds and asset tracing. Candidates must be UK admitted and those with a city or top tier regional background will be preferred. There will also be opportunity to gain advocacy experience.
A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax (paid by the employee) in the BVI is just 8%.
