Description
The litigation practice of this prestigious and market leading offshore firm specializes in complex and high profile international commercial disputes, covering insolvency and restructuring, international arbitration and ADR, contentious banking and financial services disputes, fraud and asset tracing, distressed funds disputes and some trust litigation.
Due to the continued growth of the department, the team is now looking to add an ambitious associate with excellent academics and a background working in top tier UK/US firm(s) in London (or other major commonwealth centres).
