The BVI office of this major offshore firm is looking to recruit an experienced UK / Caribbean qualified barrister for its market leading litigation practice. A large percentage of the team’s work is handling big ticket cross border insolvency litigation as well as complex general commercial cases, including professional negligence, contentious banking and finance matters, cross border fraud and asset tracing claims.  Plenty of advocacy work on offer!!

MUST BE UK / CARIBBEAN QUALIFIED

A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax (paid by the employee) in the BVI is just 8%. You will also receive a relocation allowance, private health insurance, 25 days vacation (+14-15 public holidays per year) and whilst this is a permanent role based in Cayman, the firm does offer some flexible working arrangements.
