The Cayman Islands remain the worldwide leader for the establishment of hedge funds with more than 13,000 open ended and regulated 'mutual' funds registered. This major offshore firm has a 90+ strong funds group and is actively looking to hire another bright, dynamic lawyer to join their practice. The team specializes in the formation and structuring of both hedge and private equity funds across multiple offshore jurisdictions. 

The firm have specifically flagged that they are looking for candidates who have trained and practiced with leading firms in London, Dublin (if E&W dual qualified) and Sydney/Melbourne (or those who already have direct offshore experience), either specializing in funds or in corporate teams with M&A/PE exposure. 

Apart from top quality work and any necessary on-site training, the firm offers an extremely attractive remuneration package, which will include relocation, health and pension benefits. You will receive 25 days vacation + 11 public holidays and whilst this is a permanent role based in Cayman, the firm does offer some flexible working arrangements.
