This major offshore firm in the Cayman Islands is looking to add a mid level associate to its highly regarded corporate / funds practice group. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue to do challenging and high quality work, whilst leaving the ridiculous hours, crazy commutes and terrible weather behind!! 

The successful candidate will be advising primarily on complex cross border transactions for a large book of blue chip international clients. Main areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures and a full range of investment fund based work.

Candidates should have 5-7 years of post qualified experience working at top tier private practice firms in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Dublin (if dual qualified). 

Apart from top quality work and an excellent remuneration package, relocation and private healthcare will also be provided. You will receive 25 days vacation + 11 public holidays and whilst a permanent role based in Cayman, the firm does offer some flexible working arrangements.
