A major offshore firm has instructed Offshore Legal as to a Corporate associate vacancy in its London office. The successful candidate can expect to work on complex cross border transactions, including: mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, corporate finance, general commercial issues and a full range of investment fund based work.

Whilst this is a permanent London role, there is potential opportunity to move within the firm’s international network of offices at some point in the future, if so desired. The firm pays Magic Circle rates and previous placements have found their work/life balance significantly improved.
