An opportunity exists for a mid level associate to join the Corporate/Commercial team of this market leading firm in Bermuda. The role offers significant exposure to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, incorporations, capital raisings and debt offerings, IPO’s, corporate restructurings, share buy-backs and redemptions etc

The successful candidate will have extensive transactional experience at recognised firms and will receive a generous salary package in return. 

Bermudians and associates already offshore are naturally also strongly encouraged to apply.
