Description
A major offshore firm in the BVI is looking to add two UK Barristers or Solicitors (with Higher Rights) to its highly regarded litigation practice. The BVI is the offshore jurisdiction that offers the most amount of advocacy and hence law firms typically seek/attract candidates with court experience.
The successful candidates must be admitted in the UK and will have a predominantly commercial background, preferably financial services based. Insolvency experience will be beneficial but is certainly not required.
More senior role circa 7-10PQE, more junior role 3-6PQE.
The work on offer will be varied and of the highest quality, with a truly global scope. Litigators already offshore are also strongly encouraged to apply.
