Description
Offshore Legal has just been instructed by a major client in Hong Kong to source an experienced trust/private client lawyer. The role will be varied, primarily advising professional trustees on all aspects of trusts, beneficiary rights, family type trusts and investment vehicle trust structures, trust formation issues as well as constructive trust situations.
Candidates must be UK or Commonwealth qualified and whilst Mandarin language skills would be beneficial, it’s not required for this particular role. Salary will be extremely attractive (commensurate with experience) and total package will include a relocation allowance, annual bonus as well as health and pension benefits. Realistic partnership prospects in the medium term.
