Description
This Channel Island’s firm is looking to hire a 2-5 PQE associate for its funds team in Jersey. Candidates with funds/corporate/trust backgrounds are all encouraged to apply. The successful candidate(s) will come from top 50 ranked city (UK/US) firm(s) and obviously have an interest in doing funds related work.
The team regularly assists asset managers and financial institutions tailor the most beneficial structures and vehicles, offer compliance and regulatory support for daily fund administration and guidance for listing on the CISX. Some of the firm’s key fund services include; closed and open-ended funds, umbrella funds, mutual funds, trusts and limited partnerships, fund establishment and specialist funds (eg private equity and hedge funds).
