Description
The BVI office of this major offshore firm is now looking to add an additional associate to its fast growing corporate practice. They are specifically looking for candidates with experience drafting and negotiating documents for private equity, M&A and joint venture transactions. Any additional funds experience (onshore/offshore) would be advantageous but certainly isn’t a requirement.
Candidates must be UK qualified and have trained and practiced at a top tier London firm(s). On offer will be an extremely attractive offshore salary and the bonuses paid tend to be the highest in the region. Income tax in the BVI is just 8% and the cost of living is lower than Cayman/Bermuda.
