Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a top tier city associate to join the leading corporate practice of this major offshore firm. The team frequently advises on complex cross border M&A, JV and private equity transactions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, IPO’s, as well as a full range of investment funds related work. Previous funds experience is not a requirement as on-site training will be provided and associates can generally be up to speed within a couple of months.
The firm are targeting London based associates from heavyweight UK or US firms (or Irish/Aus/NZ equivalent) who have strictly between 3-5 years of post qualified experience. The firm offer exceptionally attractive packages and there will be realistic opportunities to progress with the firm as they continue to expand their international network of offices.
