Description
Our client is now seeking an experienced property associate to advise on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. These include residential and commercial sales and purchases, mortgaging and financing issues, the legal aspects of planning applications and appeals, construction contracts and disputes, and commercial and residential leasing.
The firm is certainly open as to the candidates they will consider. All commonwealth qualified property associates between 7 and 25 PQE who are currently onshore or offshore are encouraged to apply asap. This is an extremely rare role, and therefore an excellent opportunity, for a senior property associate to get to the Caribbean.
