This leading offshore firm is actively recruiting for its Jersey office. Consistently ranked in various legal and fund directories as having one of the strongest offshore fund practices, this firm offers a wide range of investment structures for fund managers and financial institutions in all aspects of investment fund work, from the formation and listing of all types of structures to reorganisations, regulation, limited partnerships and asset management.
The firm is seeking two ambitious associates with city and/or offshore experience. Specialist funds associates or those with strong corporate/M&A backgrounds (with an interest in funds) will both be strongly considered.
